The Constableville Auction Hall is owned and operated by cousins Tyler and Mark McDonald and specializes in auctioning Full or Partial Estates, Business and Residential Real Estate, Farm and Heavy Equipment, Machinery, Antiques, Business and Municipal Liquidation and Much More, Onsite, Online or at our Auction Hall.
Tyler obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 2009, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and obtained his Professional Engineering License in 2013. Although a great profession, the prospect of owning and operating his own business was always the goal. After being asked to and completing some charity benefit auctions, it became apparent that being an auctioneer was the career path Tyler should take. Tyler successfully completed the Northeast School of Auctioneering in January 2018 and more recently obtained his NYS Real Estate Licensure in December of 2018. Tyler is a member of the NYS Auctioneers Association and a Board Member for the Lewis County Development Corporation.
Mark, an entrepreneur out of the gate, started Riverside Motors of Glenfield NY in 2009 and has grown it to a very successful car dealership. Being challenged with an additional business opportunity, Mark is instrumental in the success of each and every auction.
